  • Conduct Third party audit as per the requirements of Egyptian Ministry of Health including the audit plan, checklist preparation, audit criteria, and Audit report​
  • Visit different companies regularly including the manufacturing facilities of medical devices and pharmaceutical to evaluate the compliance with the requirements of Egyptian Ministry of Health, cGMP, EN ISO 9001, EN ISO 13485 and Medical​ device directive MDD 93/42/EEC.​
  • Audit the clean rooms and qualification including assessment as per GMP and EN ISO14644-series. ​
  • Implementation of ERP in Manufacturing Company (Carrier Airconditioning).​
  • Review and Evaluate CAPA system including the effective implementation and elimination of root cause, root cause analysis.​
  • Pass 3EC Audit for Certification and Getting CE Mark for all sidanah products.​
